Support Groups

Mending1Our Support Groups provide an environment for people, who are affected by cancer, to meet regularly to sustain and encourage each other by sharing experiences and discussing relevant information. Check the calendar for the support group meetings. All participants who wish to attend a support group are required to meet with the Program Director for orientation. Cancer Support Group

The Cancer Support Group is a support group for individuals that have been diagnosed with any type of cancer, at any stage of treatment. Join us on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 12:00 p.m.-1:00 pm

Breast Cancer Support Group

Bosom Buddies is a support group for women who have breast cancer, from time of diagnosis through three years post treatment. Join us on the first and third Tuesday of each month from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Special thanks to Advanced Medical Imaging who sponsors this group.

Gynecological Cancer Support

Gynecological (GYN) Cancer Support is a support group for woman
experiencing a cancer of the reproductive system, at any stage of
treatment. Join us on the second and fourth Monday of each month
from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Special thanks to Dr. Mick Lifson,
Gallatin Gynecology, who sponsors this group.

Prostate Connection

The Prostate Connection is a networking group providing
information and discussion for those diagnosed with prostate cancer, at any stage of treatment. Join us on the last Wednesday of each month from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Thank you to C.R. Bard for sponsoring this group

Dillon Cancer Support Group

This is a support group for anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer. Family, friends, and caregivers are welcome as well. Join us on the third Thursday of each month from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Special thanks to Barrett Hospital Foundation for sponsoring this group and providing lunch.

Multiple Myeloma Connections

A networking group that provides discussion of current events affecting Multiple Myeloma, its treatment and survivorship. Held the second Tuesday of each month and family, friends and caregivers welcome.

Bereavement Support

Living with Loss is a support group for family and friends who have lost a loved one. Join us each Wednesday evening from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. This group is provided in collaboration with Hospice of Bozeman Deaconess.

Cancer Buddies

Cancer Buddies is a companion program that connects a person who is newly diagnosed with cancer to another person who is a long-term survivor of a similar cancer diagnosis. This connection is intended to offer both support and information for the shared cancer experience. To request a Cancer Buddy, please contact the CSC at 582-1600.
