yoga_1Restorative Yoga helps participants gain strength, flexibility and balance. Regular yoga can improve mood and supports sound sleep.

This is a drop-in class, lead by one of our wonderful  Certified Yoga Instructors.  Classes are held twice weekly:

Mondays,  5:30 – 6:30pm
Thursdays,  8:45 – 9:45am.
