Yoga is a restorative exercise used to find strength, flexibility and a sense of calmness and is led by Certified Yoga Instructors. All skill levels are welcome, and if needed, equipment is provided.
Yoga Nidra is a very gentle relaxed practice to ease body, mind, and spirit. All skill levels welcome.
