Becky Franks has been the CEO since 2006, following her mother’s diagnosis of breast cancer. Becky earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health from North Dakota State University, and a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. She has worked in the non-profit sector for over 30 years, with an emphasis in Public Health, Health Education and Nonprofit Leadership, and has a passion to enhance the quality of life for people diagnosed with cancer.
Becky is a certified Personal Trainer and is able to use this information to help people gain strength during the cancer experience. She currently serves in a leadership position with the Montana Cancer Coalition, and Chair of the Board of Health for Gallatin County Public Health, and member of Bozeman Health System Board.
Becky lives in Bozeman with her husband, Dennis and dog, Tess. Her sons, Tyler and Michael, and three step-daughters, Alexia, Jordan & Madeline are grown, and living in Montana, North Carolina, and California. She enjoys being a grandma to Donald, Henderson, Freddy, Cade, Brooks & Harper, skiing, biking and running.
