The Best Food Truck Festival in Montana Is Back

If you’re looking for a reason to get outside, spend time with friends, and enjoy some incredible local food, we’ve got two dates you’ll want to mark on your calendar.

Cancer Support Community Montana is excited to host our annual Food Truck Festivals this May in both Missoula and Bozeman. These events bring people together for an easygoing evening of food, music, and community—while supporting programs that help ensure no one faces cancer alone.

What Can You Expect at the Food Truck Festivals?

These events are relaxed and welcoming. You don’t need tickets. You don’t need a plan. Just show up, take a look around, and enjoy the evening.

You’ll find:

– A wide variety of local food trucks

– Sweet treats and desserts

– Live music from local performers

– Craft and artisan vendors

– A mix of families, friends, and neighbors enjoying the day

It’s the kind of event where you can stay for an hour or settle in for the whole evening.

When and Where Is the Missoula Food Truck Festival?

The Missoula Food Truck Festival will take place on:

– Date: May 8, 2026

– Time: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

– Location: Ogren Park at Allegiance Field, Missoula

This event is free and open to the public. Bring your family, meet up with friends, and come ready to eat.

We’re grateful for the support of our Missoula sponsors, including Grail Pharmaceuticals, Community Medical Center, Scheels Missoula, Epic Steel, and Park Side Credit Union. Their support helps make events like this possible and keeps our programs accessible to those who need them most.

When and Where Is the Bozeman Food Truck Festival?

Later in the month, we’ll gather again in Bozeman for another evening of food and connection.

– Date: May 29, 2026

– Time: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

– Location: Gallatin County Fairgrounds, Bozeman

Just like the Missoula event, this festival is free and open to everyone. It’s a great way to kick off the summer season and spend time in the community.

We also want to thank our Bozeman sponsors, including Premier Systems Heating & Cooling, L&L Site Services, Wheat Montana, Billings Clinic Bozeman, Century Gaming Technologies, Tru North Cafe, SCS Wraps, and First West Insurance. Their partnership helps us continue providing support across Montana.

Why Do These Events Matter?

At Cancer Support Community Montana, everything we do is centered around building connection and providing support to people impacted by cancer. Events like the Food Truck Festival give us a chance to bring that mission into the community in an approachable, enjoyable way.

These events help raise awareness of the programs we offer, including support groups and counseling, as well as workshops and wellness activities—all available free of charge.

When you attend, you’re not just enjoying a meal. You’re helping create a stronger, more unified community.

Come Hungry and Bring a Friend

Whether you join us in Missoula, Bozeman, or both, we’d love to see you there.

There’s no need to sign up ahead of time. Just come out, enjoy the food, listen to some great music, and spend time with people in your community.

And if you’d like to learn more about the work we do or how to get involved, we’re always here to connect.
